About Me

My name is Chelsea Jeane. I am a Massachusetts girl living in Michigan with my high school sweetheart, my three kiddos and my energetic pup. I love traveling, concerts, iced lattes, mexican food and listening to music way too loud in my car! In my spare time you can find me at the gym, binge watching tv shows, or curled up with a good book.

I knew I wanted to be a photographer at a young age after taking photos with my disposable camera on a family vacation. I was gifted my first SLR film camera in middle school and the rest is history. In high school you could find me in the dark room developing film after school or in the dance studio. When it came time to apply for colleges, I had no doubt about what field I wanted to pursue. I earned my BFA in Photography at Northern Michigan University where I also grew a love for the outdoors.

I understand the importance of making memories, especially now that I am a mother. People always tell you how quickly time flies by, but it seems like the fast forward button has been hit when watching my kids grow. I love that with my camera I am able to capture moments and freeze them in time, knowing that in 1 year or 30 years clients can look back and relive them.
